The invention voltage transformation process and the transformer which can be created based on the procedure implements the transformation of the alternating voltage without the use for conventional inductive transducers, a separate unit of transformers. Over the numerous uses of the process according to the invention advantageously be used in measurement technology, consumption of reactive power different consumers with inductive character quickly and easily detect.
